An old Python desktop app, reopened with a clearer scope. Text tools, file-based speech, document search with source citations, and recognition integration. Real-camera validation and the native document-removal check are still ahead.

Rebuilding a desktop AI assistant

An early Python and Kivy application brought language tools, voice features, and face recognition into one interface. More than five years later, Miwl 2 revisits the concept with a narrower scope and a more deliberate approach to reliability and privacy.
